Happy new year
I've spent one day in the year 2006. It's scary how time passes so fast... no wait. It flew past. If you ask me, I'm not so big into the whole new year resolution thingy. Coz they don't usually get fulfilled. I juz make one for the sake of "the age old tradition". Honestly, new year isn't a holiday I really like to celebrate. But I decided to make this one... a new one for me. For starters, I made peace with the one person I loathed. I had my first "stroke of a new year" kiss. And I.. actually sent new year greeting msgs to a few friends. Which.. I usually don't. =p
So here I am, embarked on a new journey to 2006. My new year resolutions.
1. Finally pass my O levels.
2. Get my thyroid cut up and fixed!
3. Get my driver's licence
4. Smoke less.. (I'll try!)
5. Try to be more.. patient
As I sit and blog about New Year. I can't help but think back to the good old days.. where things weren't so complicated. When I could do something for fun and need not think about consequences. I had no commitment, no responsibilities, no fear..... no brains. =p The past year has been so remarkable. 2005, you'll always be remembered. Everybody, may you have a prosperous 2006 and hopefully achieve all your new year resolutions. Happy new year!
